OMNI oil Technologies (OMNI) is the first Oil & Gas technology development, and advanced manufacturing company of drilling and well completion equipment that is established in Asia and Middle East region (MEA).
The company has manufacturing facilities in UAE serving Middle East and North Africa, and a new factory under establishment in Malaysia serving Asia Pacific and Caspian Sea surrounding countries.
OMNI oil technologies (M) Sdn Bhd, is established in Malaysia as a high technology manufacturing company supplying OMNI products to Malaysian Market.
As opposed to numerous equipment fabrication facilities, OMNI owns the entire value chain including intellectual property (IP) with advanced designs patented in many parts of the world. OMNI is poised to become a major IP holder in the O&G technology arena through joint collaboration with academia and research institutes.
OMNI’s research team has produced new designs that have proven effectiveness in adding significant value to the efficiency of well drilling operations and reducing operational risk.
The current manufacturing facilities overseas utilize the latest advances in Computerized Numerically controlled (CNC) machinery to produce its products with the highest level of precision and versatility. The factory in Malaysia is planned to produce majority of OMNi tools that are produced overseas but with design variations that suites the operations challenges of Malaysian oil & gas fields.
OMNI’s products have helped improving well drilling performance in the following countries; Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Syria, Sudan, Egypt and India with over 1000 runs successfully completed during 2006.
OMNI factory in Dubai has been audited by Shell PDO and auditors were satisfied with the safety standards as well as the quality management systems implemented throughout the manufacturing process.
OMNI Oil Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is established in Malaysia as subsidiary of OMNI Oil Technologies with Rm500, 000 paid-up capital.
Omni Malaysia Board Of Directors brings over 60 years of experience in the industry. The board is chaired by Dato’ Mohamad Idris bin Mansor, a renowned name in the region, who was a Senior Vice president and Board Member of PETRONAS from 1993 until his retirement in 2004. |
