QESS holds Celebratory Dinner |

| Pehin Dato Paduka Awg Hj Yahya, Ministry of Energy was at the Jerudong Park Polo Club Saturday evening as the guest of honour at a Celebratory Dinner hosted by QESS Energy Support Services Sdn Bhd (QESS) to commemorate the recent signing of the Sales Representative Agreement with ESG Sdn Bhd. |

Hj Awang bin Hj Ali, Managing Director, QESS highlighted the importance of the tie-up between QESS and ESG Sdn Bhd, Brunei Darusssalam subsidiary of the Halliburton Group, as it looks to fulfill its objectives of being engaged in providing energy related services efficiently, responsibly and profitably to the oil and gas industry in the country.
The agreement was signed earlier this year between QESS Sdn Bhd and ESG Sdn Bhd by Managing Directors Hj Awang bin Hj Ali and Mr. Anton Louie of QESS & ESG respectively. |

Most of these services are primarily for the upstream end of the oil industry, which is technologically demanding, denoting that very few international companies are able to
provide the suite of well and drilling services in an integrated manner. |

| QESS has plans to recruit and train local technicians and engineers in the long term for Brunei Darussalam's needs in the oil and gas industry, with the entry into this specialized but vital area in conjunction with its principal. Amongst the services which are provided are those that encompass cementing, drilling fluids, completion tools, production enhancement such as coiled tubing, stimulation, sand control, pipeline testing, commissioning and hydraulic workover as well |

as leading edge specialist services such as directional drilling, logging while drilling, measurement while drilling surface data logging and “Smart well” completions amongst others.
